Super friendly and knowledgable guys. Walked in with a gaming pc that would randomly turn off. They took the time and swapped out individual pieces to figure out which part was the issue. Once they figred out what it was (the power supply), they took care of contacting the power supply manufacturer for warranty. Additionally, they cleaned the pc, fixed issues I didn't even ask them to fix, and provided great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
If you want to get a pc build go here, Justin spent 4-5 hours helping me get reliable and cost friendly parts for my build, helped me stay on budget and the build looks amazing, the build cost is only 50$(air cooling) + 2 years of support which he thew in a third year because I came to the shop like I said I would, and he tools his time to teach me how to set up the WiFi and pop out the glass, if you want to get a cool pc for a fair price I would go here instead of any other place.
They were very respectful and helpful with their service. My laptop had a screen repair done and at first couldn't find a screen replacement, but continued trying and my laptop is back in good condition thanks to them. Their patience and hard-work was very helpful throughout the process.
I had some issues with one of our company's laptops. Seemed like no one could fix it or weren't interested. I called InOs, specifically because of their stellar reviews. The person answering the phone was polite, helpful and didn't project an attitude that I was imposing. I was asked to bring in our laptop. I met with Justin, explained my issue, and his company fixed my computer on the spot!! In fact, Justin showed me some other features that I had not been aware existed. I find this company extremely knowledgeable, fair, and the spot to go for computers. I understand why they have over two-hundred five star reviews. My advice: Save time. Go to InOs. I am thankful to God every day that I happened to stumble upon this place doing a Google search for a repair shop for the cracked screen on my MacBook Air. What drew me to this place were the reviews- all positive commentary, and all five stars. And after having received top-notch service, here I am, leaving a five star review as well. The team at this shop really cares about your devices. They are honest and up front with you, and they provide you with every possible option for repair. When my MacBook Air was fixed, it was as if there was never a crack to begin with- and the crack was not a small one. I also had issues with the drive on my device, which were fully addressed and repaired as well. This shop is reasonable with their pricing too. This is the place to go. You need not look any further.
