Thank the staff for staying over to assist me. Everyone was pleasant and Dr. Burke was very easy to talk to. He knew what my problem was in just a few minutes. I'm thankful for their assistance.
We’ve been here 3 times over the last 2.5 months - twice for kids and once for my husband. The option to save your spot is very convenient and a main factor for us initially trying out this urgent care; in the past we’ve spent hours at other places waiting for care, but we no longer have to worry about that! The staff has been friendly and the providers are as well. They’ve been great with my kids and taken great care of us. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and will continue to come here with my family when the need arises.
I have received the worst service by this location. My concerns were not taken seriously, I had to beg for a culture to be taken on the patient that I brought in, all for it to be a very serious drug resistant infection. I was ridiculed by the physician for coming back when the issue reappeared. He stated “Why would you bring them back if we are not solving the problem?” And I stated to Dr. Spargo that I came back because I was instructed to do so by the last physician that we saw at that location about a week ago. When calling in to inquire about new prescription, the person the phone gave me incorrect information, stating that an oral medication was a topical ointment when it was not and proceeded to argue with me as she also chewed her food. I had to call and speak to her twice and still I was able to obtain the info that I needed to proceed with administering the medications. She made up information when she did not have the simple answers. I finally just hung up after being lied to several times about important medication. This location is absolute trash and extremely unprofessional. I cannot advise anyone to go here for themselves or loved ones.
Among the worst experiences I’ve had. Had an appointment 2-3 weeks ago. The front desk staff was so rude I teared up - lol. Proceeded with the appointment, seemed fine. Flash to now, the tests they took my blood for and what I was told I was being tested for were never ran. Been waiting for my results for weeks, called today, and she said they have my blood but no tests. Seems to me that they took my blood, told me it was being tested for certain things, and then never did it/told me. Complete waste of my time and lack of care for my health. Disappointed
- staff were friendly and helpful at the front desk. - the doctors were ok, pretty knowledgeable and professional. They said i didn't have COVID but then two days later I tested positive for it at the ER when going in due to being short of breath. But the ER told me that when I got tested my body didn't have enough of the virus at the time to be detected. - plenty of parking. - prices for medical issues are always high no matter where you go. Which is a problem that needs fixed in this country in general. - over not a bad visit.
