I left two messages requesting to reschedule my children's appointment. Liz kindly responded in a professional and courteous manner, and she was able to reschedule for the next available appointment. I appreciate her promptness and professionalism in addressing my request.
My experience with this clinic has been nothing but positive. Even from the initial intake process everyone was courteous, understanding and helpful. My doctor, Rosa Gonzalez, is phenomenal. She always listens to my needs, and answers my questions. I genuinely feel like she wants to help. My therapist, Laronda Ayo, is so kind and patient and my sessions with her have been very beneficial. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing any type of help with their mental health!
My first appointment with Ms. Gonzalez, the psychiatrist, was a very positive experience. She made me feel comfortable, listened carefully, and took the time to understand my concerns. Her approach was professional, patient, and compassionate. I left the session feeling supported and hopeful. I truly appreciate the care she provided and look forward to continuing my treatment with her.
Judging from the reviews and my recent experience, it seems the providers are very hit/miss. I tried two different providers; the first should have been with GLORIA WRIGHT but they decided to just throw that out and instead schedule with VIRGINIE CIMPAYE without contact or reason. I still went with it. VIRGINIE was supposed to assist me with medication management and alternative treatment options but decided to play the role of counselor instead. Medications were not handled, and I tried a different provider to at least receive this help. Someone suggested I try TRACY WILLIAMS; they showed up to the appointment 45 minutes late, sped through the appointment, was rude to me, and has yet to try and schedule a follow up. At least I got my meds, I suppose. I normally keep reviews with medical practices private, but I think it's important to warn others about this location. Be careful. I paid for 2 appointments just to get meds and be dismissed.
Rosie Gonzalez was very understandable i was able to open up to her, She takes time to understand your concerns and struggles without any judgment. No waiting list, very easy to schedule. She took her time listening and showed me care even went above and beyond to finish my evaluation after hours she truly listens with compassion and made me feel heard and understood and i look forward to my next appointment i can actually have a peace of mind tonight she gave me the hope i really needed thanks to her. She is compassionate, skilled, effective and clear. i highly recommend her i give her A 5 Star Service highly qualified.
