DO NOT USE INSIGHT PEST SOLUTIONS. Unfortunately, they DO NOT have a solution that works. I paid for one year of service upfront, $800.00, BIG mistake. They were in my home 4 times over a 4 month period and were unable to achieve success. The first time they arrived, the home was unoccupied. I suggested they “bomb” the place to get all the nooks and crannies, including the attic space. The technician declined, stating it would not be necessary. After 3 return trips, the outside hornet issue, and inside spider and silverfish issue still remained. The service desk and technicians are extremely nice until you request the balance of your funds be returned. They then become liars I don’t remember what they’ve said or committed to, even after you provide proof via screen shots of text messages. In fact, Justin said if I wanted to cancel my services, it would cost me $46.00. I have since paid another firm to come in and within 3 days there are dead insects everywhere. After each of Insights visits, all I ever saw was LIVE insects. The attached photos are of live insects that were found days and even weeks after they left, including the ones I found in my bed. I imagine if you only need preventative service, they MIGHT be able do the job but, if you need something exterminated, call someone else. Because of their dishonest business practices, I suggest you call someone else regardless. I hope you found this helpful. Now I’m off to file in small claims court to get some of my money back in accordance with their contract.
Highly do not recommend! I chose a this company over other well know companies such as Orkin . Boy wasn’t I in for a rude awakening. Yes, the initial appointment was set up swiftly and promised to deliver services that the company didn’t provide over a month period. I requested to cancel my contract due to unsatisfactory services and I was charged $367.20‼️ My home was half ass services twice for fleas! No I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I was expecting decrease flea bites and adequate services. The company was not able to met my needs regarding scheduling. All the staff was polite but everybody had a different level of education regarding which products to use on different types of surfaces. So need less to day I paid $367.20 and still have fleas‼️Don’t be the next victim to this scamming company ‼️
Terrible customer service. I called in a Saturday because we found a huge hornet's nest hanging from our roof where we enter and exit our home. I was told that they couldn't get to us until Tuesday between 8:00-10:00 a.m. They insisted on getting my credit card information before scheduling my appointment. I was desperate so I agreed. Tuesday morning finally comes after stressing for three days. I took vacation time Tuesday morning to be here. At 9:00 I called and was told that my appointment time was changed to 1-5:00 p.m. at 3:00 I called from work and was told it would be approximately another hour and then minutes. At 5:00, I called and was told I was next on the route and he would be there in 30 minutes. At 5:55 I received a phone call telling me that the person who was supposed to do my service call had called off (the first I was told this) and that I had been put on his route, but that it was getting late and he was an hour and a half away, which is ridiculous, because when I talked to them and hour before, they said he was 30 minutes away. And, of course they wait to tell me all this until after all the other businesses that I could have called were closed for the night instead of being honest with me first thing in the morning when I called the first time so that I could. They asked to put me on the next day's schedule where they would again be trying to squeeze me into their schedule. I declined. I do not do business with a company with this kind of horrible customer service if I can avoid it! Also, this is not a situation where I have ants. These are serious hornets and close to my entrance to my home. Unreliable and not honest with me.
Troy came by for our 2 week check up on how things were going since the initial visit. Much improved since he provided excellent service. Did a thorough service inside and outside. Highly recommend Troy and Insight Pest Control!
I can’t say enough about this company. My experience and comfort levels keeps getting better each time. Gabriel came today. He was so easy to talk to and he answered every question I had on top of giving me reassurance and making me more comfortable. He most definitely know his job. I feel like Gabriel is more than a technician, he is a new friend. Thanks again Gabriel.
