Overrated to say the least. I don't mind paying for expensive deserts when they are good. I've had better out of a great value box. The ice cream was bland like milk. Not a cream based ice cream. I could have used the brownies to win a fight or drive nails. Definitely not fresh. The cookies were hot and tasted fresh but they were too thin and fell apart. Basically had to be eaten on pinch at a time. The staff was super friendly though. That was the only good thing.

I received the BEST service from a manager at Insomnia cookies!! i didn’t catch her name sadly but if i ever do get to meet her in person she will be receiving a huge tip from me. my order was canceled online and when i can tried to place another order it would not go through, i was a little upset about it so i called the business to see why and how i could get this fixed, the lady then took my concern ABOVE AND BEYOND after figuring out my 1st order placed was dropped off at the wrong location. She then proceeded to order me another batch of cookies PLUS EXTRAS with a sweet note attached to the box at no extra cost to me. i just moved here from oklahoma and im so glad i decided to choose insomnia cookies instead of crumbl for my midday cravings, it truly felt like a little welcome surprise. if you’re reading this i wish i could just hug you!!🫂 truly, you made mine and my baby’s week! thank you!!

I’m always ordering from them my last order was missing a cookie so the manager I spoke with stated that I can receive 1 cookie due to the order being incomplete and another due to the inconvenience. I order tonight 10-12-25 leaving a note in my delivery order, received the order later, cookie was not warm and no extra cookies.

Cawley H. Was awesome.. So I was in the downtown area, so I decided I'd go in. Their little store just checked it out, and boy, was I surbrushed? Not only did I walk out with a few cookies, thank you. Wonderful birthday present, but I also got to meet the wonderful people who worked there and way better than crumble cookies..

Tried them first in Texas and was excited to hear they were coming to Wichita. I was not too impressed with my experience at this location. I know they are new here, and it takes a lot for me to have an actual bad experience. The cookies we got were good (and warm). They have higher prices because this is a specialty shop open past midnight, so I see that complaint a lot, thats not one of mine. I feel the customer service aspect is lacking, which really affected my experience.
