Thieves. I had a balance left over on my previous year and ALL the funds came out of me pay but over $300 was left on the card and it did not transfer to my current year FSA when I called to ask about it they said it's a loan and they are not required to pay be back those funds. I was only able to use it for the '23 visits and I would have to submit it for approval if I paid out of pocket. They do not have any online pay options in the year 2024 you have to send a check or money order that takes months to be processed. I will be spending every cent on this card and send it a mass communication to my company. Hopefully we can use Fidelity FSA instead because this is trash.
