I had a wonderful experience visiting the clinic for a bad case of sciatica that I was dealing with. The staff were helpful, and Dr. Ramandeep Kaur was extremely patient when it came to listening to my explanation of the symptoms I was experiencing, and was diligent and professional in conducting her own tests to corroborate the same and point to any issues I may have missed out. Definitely recommend visiting when in need of a professional opinion.
The staff are so professional and friendly! I was traveling out of town and needed one of my medications refilled before returning home. I booked my appointment online and the doctor was extremely thorough and eager to help me reach my goal of getting my medications. Highly recommend this clinic!
My experience with shabnam the physician's assistant was unbelievably horrible. Earlier this year I went in to the clinic for high blood pressure and swollen feet. In the two months and 4 visits I went in not once did shabnam take my blood pressure or make a plan to treat it. Instead she had me schedule a physical, that was good I needed one. Unbelievably she never touched my body. Never listened to my heart or lungs didn't check my ears or eyes didn't palpate abdomen or any part of my body. She did put gloves on and on top of my clothes and bra she quickly touched to spots on my breasts and said I was fine. She billed the insurance for a full physical, outrageous! She seems educated but lacks giving quality care to patients. She told me after the physical that everything was good I was ok until next year yet my blood pressure readings were 160/114 . If she would have taken my blood pressure just once I could have gotten proper treatment. It is very troubling , if i did'nt have medical knowledge I would have went home and have a heart attack with that blood pressure. Do not trust your health with this provider.
Got seen right away. Front desk I think Melissa was super welcoming and nice. Shabnam and Eliza helped me with my staple removal and accessing my arm. I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and had 3 incisions with 39 staples. They took great care of me and I’m so glad I came here to be seen.
Instant Urgent Care was a surprisingly efficient experience. The staff managed the flow of patients well, and I appreciated how clearly they communicated expectations regarding wait times and next steps. It's reassuring to see such a streamlined process when you're not feeling your best!
