Integrity 1st Car Pros has been amazing. I’ve used them for hail damage repair, accident/body work, and regular maintenance of my BMW and Land Rover, and every experience has been excellent. They handled the insurance process smoothly, kept me informed, and the body work and paint came out flawless — you’d never know my car was damaged. For routine service, they’re honest, professional, and never try to upsell unnecessary work. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust for both major repairs and everyday maintenance. I highly recommend the folks at Integrity 1st Car Pros.
Everyone here is friendly and honest, but Tanner truly went above and beyond. He is always polite and welcoming to every customer. I came in after a very negative experience at another repair shop, and thanks to Tanner and another front office staff ( I forgot to ask his name ), all my stress disappeared. The repair was completed much faster than expected. Very trustworthy people. Thank you so much, Tanner and team :)! I’ll definitely be back.
Easily the nicest auto shop ive been to. Tanner was the man, super chill and friendly. They have a massage chair, wifi, and complimentary drinks/snacks. They!! even uber/lyft you to and from work or home while they work on the car. Absolutely unheard of service.
It was the best experience and it was my first visit. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, personable and sincere. When I left I had a big smile on my face. It was Not what I expected; didn’t try to upsell me gave me a discount and told me what needed to be repaired next but NO pressure. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had a car repair place. I will definitely go back and recommend my friends!!
I had a great experience getting my oil changed here today. The service was quick, and the waiting area was surprisingly nice -they had snacks, soda, water, and coffee available, plus very comfortable seating and even a massage chair. Tanner helped me with my service and he was fantastic. He explained the few issues they found on my car clearly and thoroughly, showed me pictures so I could actually see what he was talking about, and gave me an honest idea of how long I could safely defer the repairs. I really appreciated how transparent and helpful he was. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I’ll definitely be back!
