Really disappointed. I initially began services here intending to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner. It’s been a nightmare dealing with reception since day one. Long story short, 30 minutes before my appointment yesterday with the NP, I was told by reception she was no longer able to take appointments at this facility and I had no other option but to see Dr. Khan at a higher price. Not happy at all with this place.
If I could give this review 100 stars, I would! Let me start off by saying I was very skeptical about pico laser, but Bonnie made me a believer! I went in to get a birth mark on my cheek removed and didn't really know what to expect aside from research I did from googling. Bonnie does go through what the process is like, if pico laser is right for you, and things that may or may not happen if you follow through with the procedure. I love her integrity and professionalism in informing the customer about all the ins and outs of pico rather than being someone who will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. On top of that, Bonnie is an absolute sweetheart! My birthmark made me self conscious, but Bonnie has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed with her cheerfulness and positivity every time I went in for a session. The receptionists who work upfront and handle billing and appointments are also an amazing team. The customer service here is superb. Trust the process! It is not an overnight solution. It took 3 maybe 4 sessions with six weeks in-between each one to see definitive results, and I didn't really see lightening until the following weeks after my second session. Patience is definitely key. Pricing is fair and the process is tolerable. While I still have a ways to go for my freckles, there is absolutely no one else I would go to or trust like Bonnie and her team.
I visited Dr. Khan after struggling with fatigue and low energy for quite some time. He was extremely thorough, asking detailed questions to really understand the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. He ordered the right blood tests and samples, and within two weeks I had my results along with a complete treatment plan. I followed the plan exactly as recommended and now I feel better than I ever have. Highly recommend Dr. Khan for anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and delivers real results.
Pico Laser Genesis full facial results with Bonnie completely exceeded expectations!!! I’ve always had issues with sun spots, large pores, and wrinkles and never dreamed I’d be able to leave the house without makeup. My skin has never looked better. My issues are gone. It’s incredible. Truly a miracle. I had no idea this treatment would be so effective. I highly recommended!!!!
Bonnie and her Picolaser treatment is an answered prayer! I’ve been dealing with underarm hyperpigmentation for years and have tried several products and treatments but nothing really works. I’m thankful that my late night rabbit hole adventure brought me to Bonnie’s page. I called her the next day and she was so polite, patient and thorough in answering my million questions over the phone. The Picolaser machine itself is an amazing technology that addresses hyperpigmentation on a much deeper level but Bonnie’s knowledge and expertise is what makes a real difference. If the laser is too weak, no real changes can be seen and if it’s too much, it will only damage the skin leading to more hyperpigmentation. The remarkable change with just 1 session is a proof to this! She advices 3 sessions, 6 weeks apart and I just had my 2nd session. I’m so excited to see what my 2nd session will show! Her warm and pleasing personality is a bonus too!
