We had a great experience at International Diamond Center working with Katrina. She was personable, patient, and never pushy. My son came in looking for an engagement ring and honestly wasn’t sure what to look for or even where to start. Katrina took the time to educate him on diamond cut, clarity, and color, and walked him through different options in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming. She helped him narrow down what mattered most to him and find something that felt right, without any pressure. We truly appreciated her guidance and professionalism. Highly recommend asking for Katrina if you’re shopping for something special.
My fiancé purchased my ring at IDC in PSL. We have been in a couple of times since then for resizing and the purchasing of my wedding band. I really appreciate not feeling pressured going in there. Ben was very knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend for any of your jewelry needs!

Debbie and Ben are hands down the best! From the purchase of my wedding ring 3 years ago and now my husband's new one (finally) and a few other key pieces, they make you feel at home. Ben even polished my ring up while the jeweler was out. 5 star service every time. We love IDC PSL!
