I would like to sincerely thank Julia and her team for the many hours of support they provided during the transition to our brand-new website. This was a huge undertaking, spanning four months, and Julia was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. She consistently demonstrated a calm, positive, and upbeat demeanor, even during the more complex phases of the launch. We are truly grateful that Julia was assigned to our project. Both Intero and Sparkling Bins are fortunate to have such a dedicated and committed associate on their team. After we went live, we discovered that our contact form was not working. This issue was unrelated to Intero and stemmed from our third-party sales platform. After reaching out to that provider with no success, I contacted Julia over the weekend. Without hesitation, she escalated the issue to her team. Special kudos to Kurt, who redirected the contact form to our email so we could continue receiving inquiries while the sales platform company resolved their issue. We took a big risk signing on with Intero...and it couldn't have paid off more! We're a small business with a major growth focus for the next 2-5 years.
