We’ve been with intown since our daughter was born about 18 months ago. We had Dr. Bataille for her 1st appointment and we absolutely loved him, but because he is so well liked, he had no openings for new patients unfortunately. We saw quite a few practitioners after him who were all very kind, but none felt like the right fit. And then we had some issues with our insurance so we got very behind on appointments and honestly we were about to take it as a sign to try a different pediatrician, but we really wanted to try Dr. D Sells and I’m so glad that we did, because she was phenomenal. We are a bit skeptical and some would call “scrunchy”, and Dr D Sells took so much time and energy to answer all our questions without it feeling salesy. She was genuine and kind and our daughter who doesn’t hand out smiles easily, took to her right away. We are very excited to continue with in town seeing Dr. D Sells. All practitioners were sweet, but I think she’s our glass slipper!
I love this office. Everyone in the office that I’ve encountered are friendly and competent. Dr. Sells is amazing. My baby loves her and that speaks volumes to me. Although babies can’t talk I believe they feel energy and he lights up around her. He has seen other providers on occasion and he also does well with them. I would highly recommend all three locations. As a person that lives in midtown they are all within 20 minutes from me.
Autumn was amazing. My little one loved her, and so did my spouse and I. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always going out of her way to make sure everyone felt comfortable, supported, and cared for. She paid close attention to even the smallest details and consistently showed genuine compassion and warmth. I could not recommend Intown enough.
We absolutely love this pediatrician’s office! My 15-month-old has been coming here since she was born, and we’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences. She sees Dr. Rashida Avery, who is incredibly kind, patient, and truly baby-friendly. My daughter always leaves her appointments smiling, which says so much. Dr. Avery has also been very respectful of and supportive of our unique vaccine schedule—never pushy, always informative and collaborative, which we really appreciate. We even had our daughter’s ears pierced here at 6 months, and the experience was completely seamless. She’s had no issues with her piercings at all since. Parking is easy, and the neighborhood is beautiful, with great coffee and ice cream shops within walking distance—such a nice bonus. We highly recommend this office to any parent looking for thoughtful, compassionate pediatric care.
We’ve been going to Intown Pediatrics almost since my son was born about 2 years ago. The staff there are usually very pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful experience during our last visit. The nursing and admin staff were very professional and informative. Dr. Chigareddy was kind, detail oriented and answered all my questions. It’s obvious she had great training! For a last minute appointment, the wait time was relatively short and I felt my son’s needs were met. Overall great experience.
