I had a great experience at iPhonefix Cardiff! The staff were super friendly and patient. They provided excellent service and helped me smoothly activate my giffgaff SIM card and complete the number transfer. Everything was done quickly and without any issues. Highly recommend this shop!

I recently had my laptop battery replaced at this store, and I couldn't be happier with the service! They helped me order a new battery and installed it at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a student discount! While I was waiting, they offered me an ice lolly, which was such a sweet gesture - especially on a very hot Saturday. It definitely made my day! I also noticed how well the staff treated other customers. One person came in to get her phone screen replaced and received excellent service, and another family got a great deal on screen protection. It's clear that the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this store to all my friends, especially students. It’s such a relief to have a trustworthy IT store so close to the university!
