So, on the way to our winter destination, we stopped by Iron Horse RV Specialist in San Antonio to get Syrax ('16 Phaeton 40 QBH) checked out. All filters, oil change, trans fluid, belts and hoses and new tires. Yup easy stuff. While checking coolant, pH balance was zero. So, coolant flush helped discover we had a previously "fixed" radiator. Bottom corner had a crack; coolant now running out. "Ok, let's get a new one". Ahh the life of full time RVer's. Point of this post, if anyone is in the San Antonio area and need ANY type of service; Iron Horse is the place to go. From the owner Raymond, Gina in the office, and the best RV Tech Russell, you will be totally satisfied. BTW, switched from Michelins to Toyos...wow there really is a difference. We've been going there for 3 years. They work on everything to include body work and paint. Great people and great service, you can't go wrong.
I have used Iron Horse several times to repair or detail my coach. They are the best in the area. Always do a great job for us. Services they have provided for us are Electrical ,yearly Maintenence and Body touch ups and detailing our coach. The only issue I have had is being able to get on their schedule. They are very busy.
Very good shop brought my trailer in for a wall weld break (trailers are junk). Ironhorse diagnosed, gave me a quote and repaired quickly. They even built a custom bracket to help alleviate the problem in the future. Pricing was fair. Would definitely use them again if needed.
The folks at Iron Horse RV Specialties always do their best to repair and make things right for their customers. Anything from a simple wash or engine oil change to more technical issues such as AC, Aqua-hot systems, electrical wiring and computerized systems. My class A motorhome in the past five years has had scratches polished out of the windshield, aqua-hot pumps replaced, front wheel alignment, electrical issues repaired and wiring harnesses replaced and Schwintek slide issues resolved to mentioned only a few concerned over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone needing RV service work done.
Great customer service! Got the trailer repaired within a good time frame. Very thorough work and helpful staff! Will definitely use their services again.
