For most of the day we could not get the scan and email function from our printer/copier/scanner to work. We were able to print to it so it was recognized on the network but when trying to send emails the machine could not find the network to send them out. It was a strange issue. Long story short after I submitted an email requesting help, it was fixed and working within a very short period of time..
