Jasmine does an amazing job with my two cats. I get a full lion cut for both. I’ve had problems with one of the cats in the past where he doesn’t like to be groomed. I don’t know how she does it but they absolutely love her. I also appreciate that they’re super accommodating about options like bathing and perfumes. I felt like she listened to what I wanted done with the cats and helped fit the service appropriately. I would definitely recommend this grooming studio to other locals.
As a retired teacher, I give them an A+! Absolutely professionalism, but the best thing is the love they have for animals. My Chihuahua, who is very unfriendly feels very comfortable and loved here. Please feel comfortable to bring your animals here for grooming, knowing that they are going to be well taken care of.
I am very pleased with my dog's grooming! It can be challenging to find good groomers who know how to execute a proper haircut for doodles and poodles. I noticed that the grooming was very thorough, and they took extra time with difficult areas, like her ears. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I am very happy with the new management.
My cat Zha Zha was in desperate need of grooming. He is a Persian and gets some serious matting. We made an appointment with Jasmine and she was so nice on the phone we knew Zha Zha would be in good hands. The location in perfect for me, just minutes from my house, the store is clean and has cute accessories, but the main thing that impressed me was the service. Jasmine took Zha Zha and completely transformed him. I’m not just talking about the handsome little lion cut but Zha Zha has a whole new personality! He is so much happier, cuddly and content. He has never laid on my lap and napped but the last two evenings he’s found a comfy spot right on my lap! I guess he is feeling extra loved after a trip to the spa!
We were very pleased! Awesome new owners! Really nice and accommodating. Our pup Harley had a full grooming! She looks beautiful! Madison did a great job! And they made Harley feel really comfortable there! Highly recommend for your pups next grooming needs.
