We hired this photo booth company at a bridal show in the summer of 2024 for our September 2025 wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. After paying a deposit at the bridal event, I didn’t hear from the company for nearly a year. I reached out in May 2025 to check in, and the owner told me he would follow up 30 days prior to the wedding. Thirty days came and went with no communication. I finally contacted him again in September, less than three weeks before our wedding. At that point, I was told I owed $950 (the “cash discount” price). When I met with him and brought $950 in cash, he suddenly said I actually owed $1,045, forcing me to send the difference via CashApp. There was also an attempt to charge me a “trip fee,” even though their website clearly states Allen County events should not have that fee—something they only dropped after I questioned it. On the wedding day, I had multiple guests tell me the photo booth wasn’t working during cocktail hour, even though I had paid for a holding hour to ensure it was running. Guests said there was a line waiting, but when I brought this up to the owner afterward, his response was that “the line was for the bar, not my booth.” I double-checked with those same guests, and they were frustrated he wouldn’t acknowledge the booth was down. For over $1,000 spent, the communication, professionalism, and service were not what I expected or paid for. I would not recommend this company to future couples looking for reliable vendors on their wedding day.

I’d give 6 stars if I could!! We had both the lighted letters and the phone guestbook!! Having the voices of our loved ones and the messages/memories to listen back to is priceless!! But what had my jaw on the floor was our lighted letters!!! I’ll let them speak for themselves! They both set up and tore down we just got to enjoy their beauty!

The Mirror Tower was a huge hit on my wedding day! TJ and his crew are such nice people and they are so easy to work with! He made sure to respond to my emails quickly and he was so helpful when it came to designing my photo layout! It turned out perfectly!

We used FW Lighted Letters by Island Photo Booths for our annual conference. The staff were prompt and easy to work with. Pricing was absolutely fair. They showed up on time, ensured placement of the letters were exactly how we wanted, and made sure they were clean and ready to go. They also matched the colors to our association's brand/logo and found a rotational pattern that was eye-catching yet calm enough to continue running for the duration of our event. These lighted letters were more than decor... they increased the morale and energy at our event! This was money well spent. I highly recommend working with Island Photo Booths for your next event!
