Fantastic service. Smashed Samsung screen and LED. Phoned the shop, I was told to bring today, no need to order part or wait. I was seen straight away. He informed me how long it would take (4 hours), it was finished sooner. Best price quoted, for an original samsung part. Very professional, fast service. Highly recommend, incredibly grateful.

I took my S24 into iSmash on a very busy Saturday. I had locked myself out of it unknowingly whilst setting it up. Naz took my phone and told me to call back in an hour, he went above and beyond and I was extremely grateful. I 💯 recommend Naz and iSmash, excellent customer service. It puts the Samsung shop next door to shame, they refused to help me because I had no appointment, their loss. I will only recommend iSmash to everyone now. Thanks again
I had my battery replaced at iSmash, and they did an excellent job! The screen on my device was already broken, which made the replacement more challenging, but the team managed it perfectly. They replaced the battery within an hour and handled the situation with great care. Really appreciate the quality of their work and efficiency. Thank you so much!
Super quick and easy experience. Needed to replace the battery for my Pixel 7a. Nossor was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he had it ready for pick up within 90 minutes or so. Would definitely go again for any phone repairs/issues.
