My mushroom ramen was just not flavorful. Prices a bit high.

Never coming back here. Food is not fresh, too oily. The worst thing is the attitude of one guy there We came around 11pm. The whole time he was looking at us in a weird way. Also he came to ask us if we are ready to pay while we were still eating and chatting as if he wanted us to leave. That’s not professional and should not be the way you treat your paying customers. My friends from out of town came here to visit and this is so disappointed.

Food was awesome. 10 out of 10! Staff seemed annoyed. They sat us in a booth and it was nice and cozy. Not sure if it was because we didn’t have a reservation or if it’s just the way the staff is, because although they were fast, they seemed annoyed with us. I’m guessing just because they were busy or maybe just the culture of the place, so I didn’t think too much of it. Just maybe a heads-up if you like a staff that smiles or talks or refills water. I didn’t feel that I could ask questions because I felt like I was already in the way so I got food I knew I could eat with my dietary restrictions, without questions or revisions. I’m still giving 4 stars on service because they were so busy, but I did feel bad for being there. 🙃 Also, I wouldn’t hesitate from going again because the food was flavorful and that grilled taste was so good. Honestly I’ll be thinking about it for awhile. And, heck, maybe I’d work up the courage to ask questions when they aren’t busy. You order at the table with a QR code, I don’t think that’s a problem but it could have been, had I brought my dad instead of my husband since my phone was dead and my dad doesn’t own a smart phone.

I've eaten here before and it was always fine, but now it's a place to avoid. They got rid of their front of house staff and replaced them with QR codes. You have to order online, and if you want to make any modifications you have to track down a server who will eventually come help. Then our food came out (delivered by the kitchen staff and not the servers) 15 minutes apart. I wouldn't even call this a restaurant anymore. You order pickup to eat there. I want to say the staff that were working were fine, nothing against them at all, everything against the person in charge who decided restaurants don't need staff.
