I brought in my mom and grandma’s engagement rings and asked to have the diamonds reset into a necklace for me to wear on my wedding day. They had great suggestions and walked me through every step of the process. It turned out so beautiful and exactly how I imagined. If you want to support an amazing family owned business this is the spot.
I had an amazing experience! I went in for a ring resizing and the staff was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. Customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in, and they were willing to work around my schedule. I also appreciated that they were able to expedite the resizing for me, which made a big difference. The ring came back fitting perfectly and the turnaround was faster than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them if you want reliable service and people who know what they’re doing!!!
I couldn’t be more happy with the experience of getting my engagement ring through Gerber’s! My ring is exactly what I wanted and more! Everyone in the store was willing to take the time to educate my fiancé and I so that we knew exactly what we wanted. I feel that it is rare to find a jeweler that is patient, doesn’t have the same sales pitch as every other store, but most importantly one that puts their heart into what they do! Seriously, I tell everyone I know about this place and my partner and I feel so lucky to have found it ourselves. Save yourself the time of looking anywhere else, I promise this is the best option in the cities!
My fiancé and I had such an amazing experience designing the perfect ring with Gerber. We went there with some ideas in mind, just to check it out, and left having ordered the perfect engagement ring! The whole process was fantastic, from Rafic helping us on day 1 designing the ring, to Rami keeping me updated on the ring’s progress over the phone/text, and finally when picking up the finished product! We will be recommending this family establishment for the rest of our lives, and will definitely be coming back for any of our other jewelry needs!! Thank you all so much for your help!
Im so pleased! My mother passed this July. She had a cherished set of rings. The Gold one was a gift from her Sister when she was 18! They both needed a good polish and the gold had lost a sapphire & needed the settings replaced. They completely fixed them and resized them both.I also traded a few older pieces of Gold Jewelry for a Vintage silver Bracelet! So many beautiful Vintage pieces, highly recommend for the repair as well as all the lovely baubles 🩵
