Car involved in accident and both passenger doors had to be replaced. Very professional job, Car as good as new. All staff were great from start to finish J & W first class.
Got rear-ended over the Christmas Holidays. Sadly, my insurance was a nightmare to deal with, but that's another story! Once Jand W got on the case, they were brilliant. About 2 two-week turnaround from the initial inspection to getting my car back in excellent (as new) condition. I hope not to have to use them again, but I'd highly recommend them to others.
J&W are my go to repair shop for my cars. Everything from the customer service, insurance handling, knowledge and amazing work keeps me coming back! Stephen and the crew are honesty in my opinion the best about and wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my car! I can not recommend J&W enough!
I left my Audi A6 Avant with J and W to have my rear bumper replaced because of an accident. From start to finish they were very professional and always made me feel my car was the only car to be repaired even though they were very busy. The girls in the office Susan And Maureen were brilliant. My car was finished on time and to a very high standard. I would recommend this body shop to anyone needing their car repaired. Andrew in the workshop always was very professional and polite and nothing was too much for him to sort. Thank you J and W. Martin
The car was left for repair, painting scratches on the front bumper after a collision. After picking it up, there were still scratches, I think and its look like was only polished, I reported the scratches 5 minutes after picking up the car, I returned to the place and showed it to the receptionist, she said that maybe I scratched it with my ring on my finger while wiping the bumper. This is a joke, I don't even go back to fix it, they had two days to fix it and they didn't do it right, which is what they really specialize in. Easy money.
