Your company is top of the line. Our furnace was in a NO HEAT situation. Mark came out and looked into our situation. Checking mutiple ways to get us up and running, knowing some brutal weather was coming. He was Awesome. Furnaced need replaced . He gave us a quote that was definitely reasonable. We went ahead to have this done by J.A. Sauer company. One of the best experiences we had with a company providing us a service for our home. Installers, Jacob and Caleb didn't miss a beat. Had our new funace up and running the same day. Two very good technicians. I will pass this along to anyone who would ask me who we used for this service. Also we received four quotes before we chose this company. Don't waste your time. Call J.A. Sauer.

Shawn and Quinton was our technicians installing the new Infiniti carrier HVAC. They were outstanding they were clean they were professional and I definitely am going to keep you all as our maintenance team for HVAC thank you very much.
Dealt with Mark, Michelle, Walter, Jacob, and Asaf. They answered all my questions and did quite literally everything we/I asked in the time frame expected. Professional experience all around. I have already recommended them to friends/family. Thanks again. Edit: had a component fail that was covered by the parts & warranty warranty and they promptly fixed it. I dealt with Rich who really knows his stuff and answered every one of my questions. Thankful to have a good company take good care of the products I purchased!
I've always been happy with J.A. Sauer's service, from the furnace installation (replacing a hopelessly broken one, during the coldest day of the year), and the ongoing maintenance contracts. The service person this time was efficient, knew what he was doing, and arrived just when they said he would. The process is very efficient — make the appointment; they call the night before to make sure everything is going according to plan, and they call in the morning to check just before sending the guy out. We get a 'window of time' when the service guy will arrive so we don't have to wait around all day. Five Stars!
