I trained with Anthony for about six months and had an amazing experience. As someone who has always been intimidated by the gym, I really appreciated the warm and welcoming environment at JAC. Anthony is incredible professional, communicative, and has many years of experience as a PT - he tailored the program specifically to my needs and goals. I like that the program really emphasized building habits that are sustainable, which ultimately leads to long-lasting results!

JAC PT is by far the best gym in Sydney! I recently started training with Ani and she is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and really guided me with my results. I enjoy the personalised workout plans and constant encouragement from the other trainers. As a woman, it can be intimidating to enter a gym, but the trainers creates such a safe and supportive environment where I feel comfortable pushing my limits.
