The reality is five stars isn't nearly enough to truly reflect the excellent service I received from Sarah today. Now I know it's really easy to come on here and just start whining about how much things cost or you know whatever else decides to set a person off but the reality is these people offer top-notch service. Don't feel like coming in and trying to navigate the crazy traffic here in Stockton, no problem. Sarah handled everything remotely. It was painless, it was clean, it was easy - did the whole thing on my phone except for the signing of course because Docusign can be a little delicate sometimes on a phone. The rest of the process was easy peasy. Our taxes were particularly unusual for the last 3 or 4 years so we went ahead and entrusted Jackson Hewitt not only because they were pretty easy to deal with but especially this year they were exemplary as far as how easy it was to handle and the communication as far as all our questions were concerned. They get my highest recommendation. And for those that tend to doubt good reviews - this is not a paid endorsement. This is just a simple person letting everybody know what a great experience I had today......... thank you Sarah, you're the best. See you next year. 💯🎉🔥❤️

I have been coming here a couple years after making the switch from their competition after being treated poorly. Best decision I ever made when it came to getting my taxes completed properly. Wish I had done it sooner. The employees were very helpful and have made the whole tax filing experience very simple and easy over the last couple of years. I will be coming here until they close the doors for good. Update for 2025: Another year and yet another lovely tax return for both Federal and State. Thank you Chantel and Sabrina. I will see y'all again next year for the same great service.
Went here cause I thought it would been cheaper than H&R Block. The tax preparer asked where I went last year I said H&R Block. And asked how much I paid I paid $550 so with the reviews I seen here I said you know what let me give them a chance. And maybe they are cheaper than the others. When we was all done I was charged $614 . I could’ve had did them myself but I didn’t . I did tell the tax preparer that was more than H&R Block. But she deducted $50 so pretty much I paid the same as the other places. Definitely gonna do my own taxes next year. I know I need to pay a fee but that damn a rip off. What happens to 475 even That’s a decent price. Lesson learned. 🤦🏻♀️
This is amazing place to go to. They have very good communication and customer service skills. I have my own catering business. I saved all my receipts and all the information I needed. The owner Sabrina greeted me soon as I walk in and was very polite, she organize all my information in a folder and came up with a plan for me. I would recommend anybody to come to this tax office they’re very knowledgeable and quick to help you find the correct solution. Every employee that works there are completely qualified.
