Came here to try & get a tax advance loan , they were charging 700$ ! The man joe who was helping me was reading and asking questions so fast I could not understand him. There’s no explanatory of what’s going on. They don’t explain to you on how the process works. They don’t tell you how much you’re getting , it was very unprofessional for me and I am not satisfied
False advertisement, says same day loan. Was approved yet its been over 24 hrs and still nothing. Fees are ridiculous as well
Our experience with the Jackson Hewitt office on ayers street was excellent in every way. The staff is friendly and professional. The entire process was very orderly and stress free. We were especially pleased with Beth. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Best of the best!
Was my first time doing my taxes and they acted real nice but there was some big problems. I was told I would have to pay only a $54 fee for them helping me that I can have taken out of my refund to pay it I say ok, she tells me the new amount I’m gonna get back but 2 weeks later I only got half of what they told me, just called them to know where’s the rest and turns out what she didn’t tell me was there were other fees that was gonna be taken out of my refund which took half of it, I say “ok we’ll the lady never told me any of that but ok” then wants to rudely reply “well you might’ve THINK you heard that but you heard wrong” and I hung up after that. No problem if I had to pay for fees but my problem is they didn’t tell me about paying for these other fees and lady on the phone wants to be rude about it, not going there again
My second year in a row coming here. Always a friendly welcome when I walk in. Beth has done my taxes twice now. She's amazing She explains things to me so I can understand:) Just all in all great service!:)
