I have been going to this Jackson Hewitt location for over 10 years. Unfortunately they have lost a customer. I'm not sure of the Asian lady name that works up there however her customer service sucks. She's rude and ask you very personal questions that I'm know for a fact has nothing to do with filing taxes. You ask her questions she half answer you and blow you off. I will be taking my services somewhere else
I want to give a big shout out to Donalda, she has done my taxes for the past two years now. She’s is amazing what she does. She gets you the maximum refund. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt for taxes and if you go to the one on N Alma school Rd ask for Donalda she won’t let you down. Thank you again Donalda see you next year.
