Sandy was incredibly helpful in preparing my 2024 tax return! I usually do my taxes on my own but this year was more complicated than previously. Sandy found deductions I never thought of, which ultimately increased my refund amount. Thank you, Sandy and Jackson-Hewitt!
The service was great, Bruce does a good job. I didn't expect to be charged $589 for 20min.of service. I didn't know that the fee was so high , I would never agree to pay that much. I knew I owed IRS $299, but , that fee is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go here again. I feel that you are taking advantage of people.
Sally Johnston was very helpful in explaining my taxes! Although I owe she made it to where I understood and not scared! Also she helped me understand why I keep owing year after year and I even changed my w-4 tax withholdings from work where I wasn’t taking out enough! Also as a single man she saw I was using head of hold when I shouldn’t had! Again extremely helpful and this is why I continue coming to y’all is because of people like her❤️
I came in for my scheduled appointment and the tax preparation person stated my appointment was double booked and I can wait and see if they can get me in or they can reschedule my appointment. Very dissatisfied with this branch and will definitely not come back.
