Alicia was absolutely a doll!!! Answered my questions and was very personable. Seriously she was amazing. As for the reason for the 2 stars it’s towards the establishment in general. Poor woman was alone and apparently the scheduling system scheduled multiple people for the same time. She handled it gracefully and with pride in her work. But again because she was alone she hadn’t had even 5 minutes to her self. Had food still bagged from hours prior she couldn’t even enjoy. It’s a shame that the busiest time of the year they think she would be ok ALONE!!! Hopefully when I go in next time I see at least one other person. Girl definitely needs a raise and a bottle of tequila for her bonus!
Good service for getting your taxes done! There was a quick turnout, the staff is nice and they answered all the questions I had and Alicia was great!
Daniel was exceptional across the board!! He is so friendly and patient and really knows his tax stuff!! He knows a lot about everything!! TJ and I will be back for sure!! Thanks Dan!!
We were sure that this year we would owe taxes and were very nervous about it. Debra made us feel very comfortable and relaxed while reviewing our documents. We were very surprised to discover that we didn’t owe a thing to the IRS!! Thank you Debra!!
