First time, and i was warned it may be painful, had legs done and was shocked at how pain free it was! The technique the young lady uses is amazing! No stinging!! Very kind and professional, i returned and had the same perfect aptmnt a second time. nice atmosphere and lots of cute gift ideas! ask for Kari!!
I booked a full Brazilian sugaring appointment, but the service took over an hour and wasn’t even halfway finished. The process was extremely uncomfortable, and near the end I asked if someone else could help. Tatiana stepped in and was very kind and professional, but by that point I was already very distressed. If the original provider was a trainee, this should have been clearly mentioned at the time of booking so I could have chosen a different technician. Transparency would really improve the experience.
I've seen Yulia a couple of times now and she's amazing! Very knowledgeable and skilled. She was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend seeing her for sugaring!

First time here and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming! Did not sense any judgement and I’ve been getting sugared for many years, had very little pain with the staff who worked on my Brazilian! She was very thorough to not miss anything as well! Will definitely be back :)
