Used James Duggan Estate Agent recently to find a new tenant. Mark Duggan did all the work for me and made the process easy. He advertised the property , carried out an inventory, drew up the tenant agreement and organised an electrical inspection all at a reasonable price, much less than other agents that I contacted. Would recommend to other landlords and will use again when required.
Mark made the whole process of renting out our house hassle and stress free. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he made sure we had the best tenants, offering advise and knowledge whenever it was needed.
James and Mark are an absolute pleasure to work with. The epitome of professionalism and efficiency, you can always trust in them.

Outstanding service from James and Mark. They handled everything effectively and efficiently for our sale, taking a lot of the stress away from us. When our sale unfortunately fell through, they had another buyer within 24 hours and saved us from losing our onward property. This team really do go above and beyond - very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough - thanks Duggans!
