Great experience. Wasn't 100% committed to purchasing what I wanted, but after some well-written and extremely prompt emails from Allan, along with an enticing voucher code and next day delivery, the deal was done. I live a few hundred miles away but if the in store experience is anywhere near as good as it is online, I'll need to book a visit.
Couldn’t recommend this company high enough. Great experience from start to finish. Staff were very experienced, friendly and patient. My wife got two beautiful new rings that was just what she was looking for. Both rings were sized and ready to pick up in two days. Such a relaxing experience. Excellent quality of diamond rings and great value compared to some other jewellers. Will definitely be back again.
You're always asking if you can trust the people helping you to get you the best product at the best price. I can honestly say that I left James Porter & Sons with the best product I could have afforded at the best price they could have sold it to me. The staff were friendly, the experience was straightforward, and the service was extremely efficient and customer-orientated. I cannot recommend them enough as a jewellers you can genuinely trust.
My partner and I have had the most wonderful experiences here, both for trying on engagement rings (and buying!) and for buying our wedding bands. The ladies are an absolute credit to the business, they are FABULOUS. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and genuine. We are particularly grateful to Cathy, who looked after us each time. Our review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the gorgeous Luna, who absolutely sold the whole experience for us both! I bought a GS couple of months ago from James Porter & Son. I can tell they really care for their customers, they really did the extra step to hand over the watch in the country I live. Plus some watch boxes that are not cheap! It was the only watch shop that knew the exact number of the limited edition I could get before I order it. Everyone else told me that the number is random. That was a great first experience. My next GS will be definitely from them. I highly recommend them.
