If you are looking for jewelry for a loved one, this is the place to go. The level of customer service at Jared is unmatched. They walked me through the different options for my wife’s gift with total transparency and expertise. It’s clear they care about their customers and the significance of the occasion. A seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. While everyone was fantastic I have to give a Big Shoutout to Silva for going above and beyond to help us pick out the perfect piece.
First time I’ve ever visited, was politely greeted by Silvia Sandoval and with a smile. She was very tentative and was open to listening and sharing her expertise at the perfect times. Want to say I had a 5 star experience, I was greated at the door by Stephanie , I was looking to spend $1000 an ended up spending $3000 cause she educated me on the product, way to go Steph… ps. Top notch staff! The ladies at this location have mastered the art of customer service. Over the course of a week my husband and I have made a few purchases and they were all so helpful, friendly, fun and patient on both visits to the store. I felt like I was catching up with girlfriends while trying on pretty jewelry.
Silvia and Jamie helped my now fiancé and I with finding an engagement ring. They were both so kind, attentive, caring, and amazing! They made the experience seamless. I found the perfect engagement ring and wedding band thanks to them! I’d recommend this place to anyone. They even gave us a engagement gift ❤️💍
