Always a wonderful experience at Jared at Short Pump! My husband took me in the store to purchase a ring for our ten year anniversary. Kevin helped us and boy did he help me! I was overwhelmed with so many options, but Kevin asked me what was I looking for and after I told him, he put together several pieces and I found the perfect ring set! We walked in just to look and left with my upgrade ordered! Jeff Reflogle helped us along the way. With his professional expertise he helped me curate my perfect set! We had so much fun and I throughly enjoyed my experience! I did have a setback on sizing when I went to pick it up but Jeff made it happen in less than 24hrs! I highly recommend Jared and their helpful staff- especially Jeff!
My husband got my beautiful wedding band and diamond from Jared’s over 18 years ago. I’ve faithfully had them inspected every six months (with a little grace period during Covid). I’ve been assisted by many employees but my favorite is Lorain A. She has always been attentive and kind. This year she helped me get four rings resized and it made my Christmas extra bright! Shout out to the service folks in the back that make every jewel sparkle!
Kevin and Lorraine did an amazing job. We did lot of engagement ring shopping today around the area. They had told us we will be back. And sure enough we did. They had excellent service, treated us with respect and were very honest with us and reasonable with financing and options available. We are very happy with our forever commitment with our engagement ring. Now we can finally say. “He really did go to Jareds.” Thank you again for the support and service.
Jeff and Lorain were absolutely fabulous! Very attentive, informative and helped us make a stunning choice with my bridal set. They also did an amazing job helping my fiancé pick his wedding band out. Definitely would 10/10 recommend Jarad time and time again!!!!
