The small interaction I had with Mr. Joel was phenomenal! My new wedding band had a minor issue after being resized. Mr. Joel waisted no time in making sure it was fixed and re polished. I was very impressed by how he truly cared for my concern. You can tell how much he values your time and makes sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. I’ve been going to Jared’s for some time, I feel I had the best experience today, Jacob met me upon arrival, of coarse I didn’t want any help, I don’t know what I want, but I will figure it out, he was courteous, professional, and patient.
