Victor and Joel did an outstanding job! They came out promptly, hydrojetted my flush-out pipe, and fixed the plumbing issues at my house with professionalism and care. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they fixed it. Everything is working perfectly now, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and great attitude—highly recommend Victor and Joel for any plumbing needs!
Augustine from Jazz Heating & Cooling came out to do our heating unit inspection and we had a great experience. He was very kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout the entire visit. He walked me through the full inspection, explained what he was checking and why, and gave me his honest recommendations without any pressure. We ended up signing up for their annual membership because of how comfortable and confident he made us feel. Looking forward to having Jazz come back out to check our AC unit in the winter. Highly recommend!
Tony V.and Ivan B were fire and flame!. They came, they took names, they kicked water heater butt! I feel like had plumbing superheros come to my door. I couldn’t be more pleased. Just look at those sleeve compressed copper joints and bright new ball valves. I finally feel secure when I shut off my mains that they wont leak or drip everywhere. Two thumbs up lads👍👍
Brandon was great! Very knowledgeable. Had heater installed next day. Sent pre-inspection guy too! More seemless worry free home upgrade we have had. Special request to keep outlet and no problem at all. Heater was out and winter hit. They provided heat when it mattered the most with options. Ask for Brandon if you need a consultation. You won't be dissappointed!
Jazzz Hearing & Air provided my family top notch service from the time we contacted them for a furnace quote until the end of the furnace installation. Before the representative, Scott, even came to our home to give us a quote, we received a very informative text message detailing his personal and professional background. That helped us feel comfortable before Scott arrived. Once Scott did arrive, he introduced himself, was very friendly, and thoroughly explained the process of replacing a furnace. He provided us details of various options and explained the differences between those options. He also willingly answered all questions we had. We told Scott that we planned on getting other quotes because we do not like to rush into making quick decisions for expensive purchases. He was fine with that. However, when Scott left and my husband and I discussed everything that we had talked about with Scott, we just had a good feeling about him. As I said, normally, my husband and I would get a few quotes before making a decision for such an expensive purchase, but Scott just seemed trustworthy and our gut feeling was to go with Jazz. So, we did. On the furnace installation date, the Install Lead, Julian, and another technician came out. When they arrived, they both were very professional and kind. We felt comfortable with them as well. They took the time to explain to wings they were doing during the installation process and we greatly appreciated that. At the end of installation, they tested the furnace to make sure it was working properly. Additionally, they showed us how to work our new Google nest thermostat that came with the furniture, which is so cool. Lastly, they thoroughly swept, vacuumed, and cleaned up after themselves. It has been five days since the installation and everything is fine. I said all that to say this, if you’re looking for a company to perform any HVAC services I highly recommend you choose Jazz Heating & Air, as they provide excellent customer service and perform quality work. They don’t disappoint! Jazz is the way to go!
