I have been a client at JD Pilates for over 2 years and it has been such a joy. Jayde has such extensive knowledge and has been able to guide and support me over the years, gaining strength and now with rehabilitation/injury recovery. I've been attending JD Pilates for two years, doing a combination of reformer classes, private studio classes and the occasional mat class. It has been an amazing experience! I’ve been attendingJD Pilates for many years. After trying a few trainers I found Jayde to be the most personable, detailed and focused. Not having been big on exercise previously I find Pilates the best form of low impact but intense workout that gets the best result without feeling like I’m straining. My fitness has improved exponentially. Great studio, great options for passes too well priced.
