Chips were so undercooked and soft... got them to cook it longer but still came back pale and under

Disgusting burgers and cold unsalted chips, at an exorbitant price, on the last day of The Royal Show. Overcooked hard patties had a weird flavour, the fluffy and cold bread rolls seemed stale, there was just a smear of bbq sauce for flavour. Did they run out of supplies? Disappointing.

Your team have provided outstanding services to assist a visitor, and your gestures of kindness will always be remembered. In regards to food - the burgers are delicious and highly recommended.

Horrible service at Ed Sheeran concert. Rude blonde manager, long wait for stale sausages with no onion or any sauce. When customers asked for onions, manager would state there were none left because she had to cook them. They also had 1 of 6 menu options available at the start of the night.

Consistently the most disgusting food from an event catering company. Over 10 years of memorably bad food. Always guaranteed to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Pack your own food for events if you know JD's are catering and don't ever be tempted to waste your money on, "I know they were terrible last time but I'll just give 'em another go." Walk away people!
