Jeff is an amazingly good realtor. He helped us sell our Marin home and it was amazingly easy. We were worried about the process and the market since we were first time sellers. Lots of anxiety as we needed to hit our number. Jeff did all the research, helped prep the property, managed contractors, basically everything. He sent us text updates as things progress, so we were fully aware of what he was doing. Super helpful. In the end, we got over our number and could not be happier. Great job all around and very much recommended.

Jeff Marples has been great to work with. We’re buyers but not from the area and got connected with him by pure chance. We initially chatted on the phone and Jeff listened to the home and area criteria we were looking for. When we were finally able to make it to San Francisco for the weekend to look at sales, Jeff had back to back showings all scheduled out. The next morning before heading off to the airport we wanted to have a relook at a home. Jeff had no issues with coming back into the city to accommodate our last minute request. Once we proceeded with negotiations Jeff was on top of submitting the offers and counters. He was also in communication with the selling agent so we all knew where each party stood. We have been super pleased with Jeff’s professionalism and straightforwardness as if he was buying the home for his own family. We highly recommend Jeff.
