I have been strength training with Jenna for about 3 months, once a week with her, and on my own twice a week at my local gym implementing what I learn with her. I mostly wanted to have some guidance around lifting at heavier weights and access new sections of the gym with confidence. I'm really happy with he progress I've made with her help and encouragement, and my confidence in the gym has improved massively. She's also helped me with consistency, as having a once a week check in has helped motivate me to keep going by myself. She's also just a lovely friendly person, who's great to chat to while you work out! If you're looking for a kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful trainer, I highly recommend Jenna!
I’ve been training with Jenna since August 2025, I really enjoy all of the sessions & how she has tailored them to my own fitness goals. I’m feeling stronger, healthier and better than ever! I started with the intention of doing a few months so I could learn more about weight training and getting back into fitness but I’ve enjoyed them so much that I’ve stayed on with regular weekly sessions. I've really loved training with Jenna - she totally gets how women should be training and fuelling for strength and longevity, whilst honouring their hormonal cycles and nervous systems. I've come away feeling stronger and understanding what I need to do to continue making progress - which is quite different to the training I was doing before! She's also fab to chat to and never judgemental. I'll miss our sessions but so glad I did them.
Jenna is an absolute joy to work out with! She truly listens to your needs and tailors every session to suit your abilities and goals. Her workouts are always challenging, yet completely achievable, with a strong client-led focus. She creates a supportive space where you feel strong, capable, and confident—no matter your starting point. I originally found Jenna while looking for a safe way to exercise during pregnancy, and she has supported me through everything since. I can’t recommend her enough!
Jenna is the most wonderful trainer and person. I used to drive over an hour each way to attend training with her because I just found our sessions so worthwhile. She's an inclusive, positive, thoughtful and curious trainer. I've worked with her for over a year now and have more than doubled my strength and now consider working with Jenna essential to my mental wellbeing. She's also adaptable and has worked with me whilst I'm travelling. Training women and helping us all to get stronger is Jenna's real passion. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
