Definitely in and out quick, price was good (cheaper to purchase mult pack or monthly as 1 time rate uns higher) excellent customer service, free vacuums with wash. Slightly confused on the entrance but just keep headed towards the back area at the end of the parking lot and you'll find it 👌
If you are going to have a bunch of college aged/teens running your establishment make sure they are trained in customer service. Not rude and dismissive when you present them with a problem. My grill piece came off during the spray portion of the wash. I called and the guy was dismissive so I came back to location to see if they found it. The girl at the window was rude and basically waved me away to not deal with it. Saying she had just gotten there. She said," they said they would call you so just wait for that." Or YOU could go check and be done with it. I then spoke to the guys towel drying the cars and they were a little less rude but not much. It was a simple search through car wash to see if the piece was there. Busy or not it would have taken 30 seconds to tell me if it was there or not or if they found it and disposed of it or whatever happened. Do better!
Nothing wrong just wash and go! And its all good. Although I do see why JetSplash is better then Rocket Car Wash…. Rocket = We want your money and terrible wash where the paint coating comes off vibe… - Jet = Car wash? Done. Like its meant to be. Local is better.
This car was is ok. Not as good as a Club Carwash, but at least it's better than Rocket Carwash which is expensive and doesn't clean as well. Also, like that there have four or five guys trying cars at once. They don't do an excellent job but at least they dry it some.
Avoid this car wash if you have a new car. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! My new Tesla 2025 was hit from behind by another car, and the car wash denied any responsibility. My car was scratched, and both driver-side wheels were damaged due to their faulty system. I canceled my membership and have three remaining washes on my card that I will give away to anyone who wants to try it. The staff are rude, and whatever happens to your new car, they will never take responsibility. I highly recommend avoiding Jetsplash.
