Awesome place to take your jewelry to sell. I had a ton of scrap silver and they paid top dollar. Great customer service, friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back.

My husband and I had a great experience at Jewelry Authority. It started off with me calling to verify the Saturday hours of operation before making a 45 min. drive. I didn’t catch the name of the person that answered but she was very pleasant. After arriving i realized that kind voice that was on the phone was the same one greeting us as we walked in. We gave her our budget, I told her what I like and just like that I left a happy lady. Thank you Sherri for making my Saturday great. Joseph wonderfully resized and soldered my wedding and engagements rings together! He even polished and cleaned them in a way that left them looking better than the day I received them (7 years ago)! I was also pleasantly surprised at the quick turn around.

Currently I'm wearing this amazing diamond and gold bracelet and it just so adorns my wrist and makes me feel so special.
