Easy going experience with polite and respectful staff. The gentleman that helped me gave me a reasonable repair estimate for 2 chains. He completed the repair and a thorough cleaning while I waited (took only 10 minutes) also did some preventive maintenance which I hadn't noticed and he didn't charge me any extra, I was very grateful! I'm thrilled with how these chains shine now! You got skills!...Thanks Scott!!
I dropped off a broken necklace for repair and the staff was AWESOME! so friendly and knowledgeable! They also cleaned my ring while I was there. I will update you guys when I pick up my repair, but so far, I love this place
Been going to Jewelry Service Center for over 10 years. The employees are always friendly and professional. Never pushy or intimidating. Repairs are always ready when they said they would be if not before.
A" family business", The folks at Jewelry Service Center replaced a hard to find watch battery and a new watch band for me. In addition to quality service at a fair price, they were fast ( though 5 other customers came in and were helped along side me at the same time! ) but most importantly friendly and genuinely kind. A great opportunity to support a local merchant vs. the large chain stores trying to do the same.
Eric and his team at Jewelry service center in Glen Burnie are top notch and on a whole different level when it comes to customizing my rings. He did an awesome job assisting with working with his outstanding team to get the job done in a timely manner. I had two rings that I needed resized to fit correctly. He measured them out and knew exactly what size I needed to fit comfortably. Got it all done in one day. They are my number one go to when it comes to buying and servicing my jewelry. I recommend everyone to stop in and check out there exquisite selections they have for sale and also if needing any precision customized work done. Great business they are I appreciate everything they have done for me.
