My daughter got her oil changed and found a detached glove box and her air filter on the passenger seat. I called them up and had to pull an apology out of Diago. These employees were completely undisturbed by the state in which they left her car. My advice? Spend your money elsewhere.
Cabin filter and cabin filter scam I got my oil changed, without a problem, but they brought in a filthy cabin filter and air filter and wanted to know if I wanted them changed, which I declined. My car was serviced a month before and taking a look at the filters when I got home, they were perfectly clean. Now I have to doubt if they’re cutting corners on their oil service.
Did oils change on my Mercedes , they add too much oil. When i start driving white smog start coming from exhaust. So almost ruined my engine . Was without car all day while they tried to fix their mistake .
Good service. Stopped by for oil maintenance due. They also checked out engine air filter, cabin air filter, and all wiper blades - recommended if required to replace. They also washed all windows in my van, checked tire pressure on all 4; vacuumed only on driver side - not all area.
