They checked off that they did everything on the service checklist yet it’s very clear that some of the service checklist stuff isn’t done I.e. interior floor vacuum or exterior window wash. This makes me question if anything else on this list was actually done…. Because clearly boxes were being checked regardless. I definitely went here because it’s usually full service, won’t be coming back.
I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Henry M. and Brian G. did a great job working on my car — very professional, quick, and careful with everything they checked. Jonathan V. at the front was very polite and helpful, and explained everything clearly. The service was fast, honest, and trustworthy. I always feel comfortable bringing my Toyota Corolla here. Excellent, thorough attendance to the vehicle. Very detail- oriented. And the staff seem to be well- trained, confident and efficient. The lead has very good social and personal relations skills.
