Professional automotive technicians with a very positive attitude. My oil change service was completed in a timely manner. I was offered other services in a courteous way which I appreciated.
Arrived with no customers there and told the technician I needed oil change which my truck was placed in the bay. After 6 minutes another customer arrived for the same an oil change. The second customer oil was changed and fluids filled in about 25 minutes. As to where I still had to wait another 15 minutes.Just saying I really should have been out before the second customer. But poor service on there part. Gotta be consistent man. Thank you Overall service was good.👍
My father took his truck in to have a power steering hose replaced and the task was taking several hours. My dad got upset and apparently argued with an employee at the location and collapsed and died. The assistant manager Jalen, took good care of my father i believe before the end of his shift as well as expressing his sympathy for my loss. He went above and beyond to assist my father and showed a lot of compassion throughout this entire process. Thank you Jalen, if I could I'd give you Eric's job. The manager however was a different story. I received a voice mail on Saturday the truck was ready. I picked up the truck today on Monday. The manager Eric, i was told could not come out and talk with me bc he was busy making the schedule prior to him going on holiday. He also charged me a storage fee bc my deceased father's truck was there after fixing for 2 days. My father lived with me here it was just us in this town and a parents sudden unexpected death is pretty devastating. The manager at this store should be ashamed of his cowardly unprofessional way of handling this entire situation. Happy holidays
I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! Everyone we spoke with was so helpful! I had been experiencing an issue that another shop shop had caused and they were able to identify the issue (with photos) and give me guidance on how to get it corrected. Thank you so much for a great experience! I didn’t catch everyone’s names but I believe they were Marlon, Robert, Alec, and Erick. Would definitely recommend!
I love going to Jiffy Lube. They are nice and professional and gets the job done fast. I always go there for fast service. Thank you guys for your good work!
