Excellent service from start to finish. Quick, friendly, and very supportive and communicative throughout the move. The team took great care of our belongings and made a stressful couple of days a lot easier. Highly recommend!
Iain and his team helped make our move run seamlessly. They were extremely professional, protecting all furniture when packing up and protecting all the surfaces in our new property when unloading, even taking their shoes off before stepping on any carpets. Plans changed on the day and Iain flexed to suit without any hesitation. They were all soo polite and friendly from start to finish - a joy to deal with.
Iain and Stuart were fantastic. Really quick, efficient, and easy to work with. They helped us move everything from our 3rd storie apartment to storage in 90 minutes or so, and even arrived at the storage facility with the boxes unloaded on a trolley and ready to go before we arrived ourselves. High recommend!
Jigsaw Removals were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever a problem. They loaded our three-bed house into the van in under two hours, which was impressive on its own – especially as I massively underestimated how many boxes we had! They still managed to make everything fit (with a very snug squeeze). Honestly, they should be called Tetris Removals, the way they can stack a van so perfectly. We then had over 3 hour wait for the keys to the new house, and Iain (with his team mate, sorry, can't recall the name) couldn’t have been more patient or friendly. Not a single complaint, just good humour the whole way through – even with me nervously chatting away the entire time! I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a move. Thank you so much, Iain!
Absolutely delighted we used Jigsaw as our removal company for a house move from Edinburgh to Yorkshire. From initial contact to the final wave of, Iain and his team were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and the friendliest team. Nothing was too much trouble , even when navigating packing with two cats - and on the final hurdle Iain packed our storage unit with expertise.
