The best experience you'll have. Jaque took great care of my skin and Anne did an amazing job on my eyelashes. I love this place and highly recommend it ❤️
This is the worst place on earth. Please do not go!!! I was on vacation trying to get a massage and asked if I could change my service I already paid for. The girl on the phone Michelle who must have been a little girl told me no and I said I didn’t understand why, like any customer is allowed to say. She’s like what part of it do you not understand , I don’t get what do not understand… talking to me as if I am the child and I am not the customer who pays for her to have a job. I told her I didn’t like way she was talking to me and to let me speak to her manager and she did not or give me her managers name. Told me she tried to help me and I said how ? She could give an answer and then marked my voucher as redeemed with out me there or canceling. I never canceled and they are trying to keep my money. I disputed this with Groupon… no one on staff or a manger even reached out to me to see what happened. They are terrible I advise to not use this place especially on vacation. Prana Massage was wonderful instead
I have been visiting this place for a few months . Great receptionist and the owner Jackie makes you feel very welcome . However, as they have different technicians , and I had a terrible experience with specific one called Ane . She has no sense of commitment with her clients and work . I live in Westchester NY . Which takes me about 1:30 hr to get there plus tolls and gas . She contacted me 10 minis prior to the appointment saying that she was sick . She lives next door to the spa . Why she couldn’t contact the spa or me 2 hours before? Her poor thoughts made me wait my time . From that day as I showed my frustrations. She totally acted very rude , with a lack of professionalism towards me . As in the session , giving me the silence time , spraying the liquids over me , responding just what I asked not having any communication with me as her client . I reported to the owner and she never took any responsibility on her technician’s behavior . She never apologized! Never contacted me even when I go to the spa for another service she hides herself to not talk to me . What level of the Spa is this ? Having this kind of behavior! I am paying for the services I get plus tips ! Do not recommend this place !
The salon is beautiful and always well kept. The girls at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. I get my nails done with Adna and she is the best. She is meticulous and will take her time doing your nails, never rushes. She has a very calm and relaxing demeanor.
Clean and great staff. The beautician was very attentive. Definitely recommend and will return for more procedures.
