I’ve used this company twice in 2 months and 3 times in the past 2 years. I appreciate the personal touch. They were prompt and so accommodating when changes needed to be made. They eased some of the pressure of planning a funeral for loved ones! I worked personally with Krystal and she was awesome! Our final product was beautiful!

Nice, did an ok job. My funeral programs were made up beautifully, but they were missing a staple in the middle to where they were falling apart when everyone opened them at the funeral. Tiffany, the lady that works there, was like a nurse at the hospital, just made all the rough patches(corrections) so bearable. It was hard to get through, but she made it so much better to handle. Big ups to and for her. I appreciate them making such beautiful programs tho. Thank you JJ Graphics. (They later gave me extras that had both staples in them, for me to send to other people.)

I had no problems!! Everything that was told would be done, was done, including the emails allowing me to see the printed program to do corrections before they were actually printed and to see what they would look like!! Got a chance to talk to Jeremy and he was very professional. Tiffany had a sweet personality and had no problems with the couple of corrections to be made!! And the programs/ obituaries were finished on day when promised!! Thank you jj graphics, i will be hiring you again and spreading the word about your business!!

Jeremy and his staff are truly Heaven sent. The professionalism and quality of work that I received with my loved one's obituaries were greatly appreciated... I called Jeremy on Monday afternoon and inquired about placing an order, met with him that evening, and received a proof the next afternoon. Now on Wednesday I have my order!!! They brought ease to such a difficult time. JJ Graphics thanks once again....

If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would. Please search elsewhere for your graphic needs. Incredibly poor customer service, follow up, and professionalism. My family requested obituary bookmarks from JJ Graphics, since they did a great job on a previous order. On this occasion, Tiffany was the first representative we worked with. She was dismissive, rude, and appeared to lack any sort of remorse or compassion for working with us as customers, not to mention we were customers who had just lost a loved one. We were told we would receive an email for approval or editing purposes. A day before the home-going service, we still hadn’t received any email with a first draft. We proceeded to call and Jeremy, the owner of JJ Graphics, answered. The first question he asked us was “when is the service?” It came across as out of touch and unprofessional, I hated that we paid him money for this service when we could’ve just had the funeral home complete this task without the stress or headache. Never again will we utilize JJ Graphics and we strongly discourage others. I would hate for anyone else to deal with this sort of unprofessionalism, disorganization, and apathy.
