JoAnn did an amazing job with my hair and makeup - as well as my bridal party! I live in New York City and wanted someone sharp and skilled and JoAnn absolutely crushed it. Her price point is fair for her skills, she has deep experience doing fashion shows and red carpets and truly made me feel like a celebrity. Most importantly, JoAnn has great energy. As a bride, I wanted to be surrounded by people the morning of my wedding who would keep me calm and grounded, and JoAnn brought fun, silliness, and confidence. She settled my nerves and was such a joy to be around. Decision making for a bride is not fun - let this one be easy. I fully recommend JoAnn and her team with peace of mind that she’ll continue to serve brides as well as she served me.

JoAnn is the true definition of professionalism. From the first zoom call, to the hair and makeup trial, to the day of the wedding, I knew that I made the right choice. JoAnn did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup for my wedding. I loved that I still looked like myself, but just glammed up. She took her time and listened to what I wanted, and was open to any suggestions or changes. She used the best products on me and my hair and makeup lasted all day! She was so much fun and so down to earth. JoAnn also did my mom’s hair and makeup and she looked absolutely stunning. Her assistant also did an amazing job with my mother in law and sisters. I will definitely be using JoAnn and her team in the future.

Oh my goodness - you absolutely need to book JoAnn for your wedding glam! As a mixed race woman with curly hair, I was feeling very nervous about potentially hiring someone who wouldn’t know how to do my hair (or makeup for that matter). I knew she was going to be great, but seeing her work after our trial session, my expectations were exceeded. She listened to my requests, but wasn’t afraid to express when something seemed a little too “trendy”, which I appreciated since I wanted a more timeless look. I was so happy with my makeup glam on the day of my wedding, and it lasted all day (on an unreasonably rainy and humid day in May) and night! I look amazing in my photos. JoAnn even graciously helped my friend with her eyeliner at the last minute before we left for the venue, even though I only booked her for my mother and I. I was so happy with her work and I felt so beautiful. Not to mention she has the best energy and smile. Thanks JoAnn!
