We used Johnny Burke Catering for our October 4th wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Amby and Danielle were absolutely wonderful to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Our tasting went perfectly and gave us so much confidence in our menu choices. On the wedding day, the entire staff was amazing — attentive, accommodating, and always one step ahead of what we needed. We’ve had non-stop compliments from our guests saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding — especially the sea bass, which everyone is still talking about! We can’t recommend Johnny Burke Catering enough. They helped make our day unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for their incredible food and service!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our catering team, Johnny Burke, and especially Amby and Danielle. When we first started planning our wedding, I did what most couples do and began by contacting the catering companies on our venue’s preferred vendor list. But after several conversations, I was honestly underwhelmed. The follow-through, response times, and overall creativity just didn’t match what we were hoping for. I wanted a team that felt as excited and invested in our vision as we were. That’s when I decided to expand my search beyond the list, and I am so glad I did. From the very first phone call, Danielle completely changed the tone of the experience. She was professional, warm, and incredibly organized, and I knew right away we had found our team. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, and made me feel confident and cared for from day one. From there, Amby took the reins and truly brought everything to life. She was a joy to work with, responsive, attentive to detail, and endlessly creative. Every menu suggestion she made showed thoughtfulness and flair, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. On the day of the wedding, the food was absolutely phenomenal—beautifully presented, perfectly executed, and full of flavor. We’re still hearing from guests about how incredible the meal was, and trust me, they mean it! Working with Johnny Burke Catering was one of the best decisions we made in our entire planning process. They exceeded every expectation and made us feel like our wedding truly mattered to them. Danielle helped me put together a perfect drop and go menu for my husband's surprise 50th. She was always quick to reply when I asked any questions or made changes. The day of the event the food arrived before time, hot and ready to go. Dave was fantastic, personable and engaging with guests while setting everything up quickly. Everyone was raving about the quality, freshness and taste of everything. Especially recommended the steak and cheese egg rolls, and the different sliders available. Would 10/10 recommended on every level, especially making a host's life easier! Dave is really a great representative of your brand, I can't say enough about his customer service. 👏👏👏

They took care of all of our catering needs at our event and even walked the space with us two separate times to make sure everything went smoothly. Not to mention the food was delicious.
